No. You describe the business in plain English or Hindi — what it is, where it is, what the site needs — and the studio designs, writes and builds the site. Every later change is a sentence in the chat, or a click in the visual editor.

The first version is ready in a few minutes. Most people spend an hour after that: swapping photos, fixing prices, adding a page or two — all in chat.

Yes. No card is needed. Free builds full sites with data tables, forms, a shop and analytics on a Ved Studio address, with a monthly pool of AI credits. Paid plans add more sites, your own domain, a team and more credits.

On every paid plan. Connect a domain you already own (two DNS records; HTTPS is automatic), or buy one from the publish step and it is pointed for you.

You do — the code, the content and the data. The Terms say so in the first line. There is no clause that keeps the site here.

Yes, from the Code tab as a normal Next.js or Vite project, together with a SQL file of your data and a small self-host server. It runs on any hosting with Node and MySQL; the README walks through it.

The account drops to Free. Every site, order and record stays; features above the Free limits (extra sites, custom domains) pause until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it.

Yes. The Code tab is a real editor with the whole project, and anything a developer changes there is what gets published. The studio's own edits work on the same files.

Yes. Connect your own Razorpay or Stripe account (cash on delivery works without one) and the shop takes cards, UPI, wallets and netbanking. Money goes straight to your account — Ved Studio takes no commission on your sales.

Every order has a tracking page and emails at each step; WhatsApp updates go out too once you connect a WhatsApp Business number. Shipping through Shiprocket is one click from the order.

Yes. Set your GSTIN and rate in the store settings and every receipt and order email carries the tax lines; customers can add their own GSTIN at checkout.

Yes — sign in with email or Google, saved addresses, order history with tracking, wishlist, wallet credit, referrals, returns and support tickets, all built into the site.

Each plan has a monthly pool of credits. Building a site, editing it in chat and generating images spend credits — small edits cost one or two, a full build costs more. The dashboard shows what is left and what each action cost.

Buy a credit pack (they never expire) or upgrade. Nothing on the live site stops — visitors, orders and forms never depend on credits.

Yes. Add an OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key on the account page and the studio bills those calls to your key instead of your credits.

Monthly or yearly (two months free), by card or UPI through Razorpay or Stripe. A GST invoice is emailed for every payment. Cancel from the Billing page at any time — see the refund policy for what comes back.

On Ved Studio's servers in India, behind HTTPS, with daily backups and a public status page. Published sites are static — no server to crash under traffic.

Passwords are hashed, payment secrets are encrypted, card details never touch our servers (they go to your payment provider's form). We do not sell or share data, and staff open a site only to fix something you reported.
